Believe it or not, over the past few years of my blogging career, the question I have gotten the most is, "How do you curl your hair?" After eventually deciding that your compliments are not actually tiny slaps on the face of my writing skills, I will now finally show you exactly how I do my hair. Because you asked. And yeah, because I thought it would be fun.
I recorded a vlog for you, but almost immediately after finishing it, I decided that I hated it. As far as video tutorials go, I don't think I'm the girl for you. So I'm not going to post it. If you have twelve minutes to spare and would like to watch a video in which I mumble and struggle to treat a video camera and computer screen as a mirror, please, be my guest. Just make sure to say something really nice about me in your comments, because I still feel a little weird about it.
If you have ideas for vlogs that you'd like to see that do not include me trying to teach you how to do something, I'd love to hear them. Until then, I have a step-by-step tutorial on how to get the most perfect of Megan Curls. You're welcome.
Now go get 'em, girl.
I have crazy thick hair and have always wanted big thick beautiful curls, but have never been able to achieve them. For sure once my hair grows out a bit, I'll give this a try!
ReplyDeleteLove them!! I do something similar...but yours look way better :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. :) looks easy enough. What kind of dry shampoo do you prefer to use?
ReplyDeleteYou have such pretty hair. Great tutorial. And I'm going to try that Redken spray.

ReplyDeleteme likey! too bad my hair is too short :( grow hair grow!
ReplyDeleteI love you for this post. The title, the pictures, the captions: all pure brilliance. and hilarious. if we weren't already meeting on Sunday, I would creepily ask you on a little datey date right now ;)
ReplyDeleteI love your curls! This is how I usually tackle curling my hair, but it never seems to come out as much of a soft wave like yours. Plus, a whole can of hairspray and it still doesn't want to stay xD I'll have to give that Redken spray a try -- thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh gurl, I was wondering the same thing! haha, but really. You're adorable.
ReplyDeleteAdorable. Your hair is lovely and I love your pictures and step-by-step guide.
ReplyDeleteyou're making me miss my long hair!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so cute! I'm not satisfied with pictures so I'm going to have to see the Vlog! Haha!
ReplyDeleteI curl the ends of my hair, it's really only a matter of time until I work up to a full vertical curl! Though my hair will hold it for about 12 minutes. That means I have 12 minutes to run around looking fabulous.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great on you :) I'm afraid I am normally too lazy to do anything majorly different with my hair than brushing it :p

ReplyDeleteso cute! haha I love the first one that's like "start with crazy hair" because that's honestly better looking than my hair AFTER I try to do something with it.
