Saturday was pretty much the best day so far this year to go downtown and walk around. Rob and I had a delicious lunch of spring rolls and Pad Thai and crossed the street to Mill Mountain so I could get an iced tea. It was sixty degrees and sunny, definitely a nice change for Rob, who has been enduring the end of a Minnesota winter; and the sweet promise of more warm days to come for me, who's just ready for the change in season.
Also, I'm being very intentional about not curling my hair so often. I might like it.

Aw me too! Sometimes, mostly in the springtime, I'll just walk around Hollins because it is so beautiful. Do you ever get back and visit?
DeleteLovely! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look so cute in your striped top and fun sunglasses! I always love seeing familiar sites from my childhood on your blog. I used to cross over the railroad tracks on that bridge whenever my family would go downtown. Oh memories. I think that's my dad's old office building in the background of one of the pictures too!
