#Thankful4Ag Campaign Video

Sunday, December 15, 2013

Just popping in this afternoon to let you know that the video I shot for Bayer CropScience is all done!
In case you missed it, I talked about it a little more here.

You can watch it above or here, and please feel free to visit the campaign website and share what you find!

I received compensation for my work with Bayer CropScience, but all opinions are my own.

  1. How do you normally eat the goat cheese balls? Since you spent the time rolling and crusting them (is that the right term?), it seems wrong to break it apart to crumble into the salad. I've never eaten pomegranate seeds like that... I tried ONCE, and I just sucked the juice and then spit away the seed inside. You can eat them whole? So many things I'm learning!

  2. That salad looks delicious! I might give this a try when my sister comes into town next week.

  3. I LOVE this idea! I will share today!

Also, I have a favorite salad that is similar. Mine uses baby kale and a champagne vinaigrette with pom arils. I toss is together and then refrigerate overnight. The next day the salad is wilted and tender. I am planning to serve it with our Christmas meal. I like the idea of added sliced pear and goat cheese balls! I think I will dress it up a la Freckled Italian!
