This weekend was one of those that are full of good food and even better friends.
Saying goodbye to Rob on a Sunday is always tough, but saying goodbye to Rob, Patrick, Shawna, and Emma?
Now that's just ridiculous.
Luckily my brother is home for a few days for his Fall Break, which made Sunday night feel a lot less like a Sunday night.

...every beginning is another beginning's end...or something like that..I say goodbye every week to my sweet husband, and hello again every weekend...almost twenty years now...it makes the time together much more meaningful...my friends always comment wistfully that they would like a date with their husband every Saturday, but we actually do it...it's hard, sometimes more than others, but it seems normal, too...
